Telecommunications Sales Position
Requirements
- Aggressive, sales oriented attitude.
- Motivated, disciplined and self-directed.
- Drive to win new business.
- Proven record of professional sales accomplishment and customer relationship skills with demonstrable prospecting, cold calling and closing skills.
- Excellent sales skills: working existing contacts, qualifying, presenting and closing.
- Skills necessary for decision making and customer retention.
- Solid knowledge of and/or background in data and telecommunications sales.
- Understanding of basic technology concepts: VOIP, networking, DSL, VPNs, routers, T1s, WANs, etc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience selling consultative solutions.
- Must be able to communicate well verbally, in writing, face-to-face and over the phone with customers and co-workers.
- Previous training or certification in technical sales a plus.
- Experience in using MS Office products.
- Will be traveling to clients within established market area.
